Warranty

Gastrolux warrants to the original owner of the cookware that it is free of defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This warranty does not cover glass lids or handles.

The warranty does not apply if the Use and Care instructions published in our literature and on our website have not been followed. This warranty does not cover damage or destruction caused by misuse, abuse, accident, overheating, cooking with fat/oils at temperatures above their smoke points, alterations or commercial use. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover stains, discoloration, scratch/scuff marks or dents, which is to be expected as the pan is used over time. Incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded by this warranty.

Gastrolux will repair or replace, at Gastrolux’s discretion, any item found to be defective. Should the defective item no longer be available, for whatever reason, an item of similar function and value will be substituted. This warranty is expressly not a money-back guarantee.

In the event the cookware needs to be returned for repair or replacement, it must be mailed back prepaid.

Return Shipping Responsibility – The cost of returning the product to Gastrolux is up to the customer

Discontinued Item Returned - If the item you returned is discontinued and is no longer available, Gastrolux will automatically replace your item with the most comparable item currently manufactured. If nothing is available, we notify you to discuss the next steps will issue you a gift card to Gastrolux-Cookware.com in the amount of the original item returned. 

Replacement Requests – Gastrolux will replace any item found to be defective in material or workmanship with the most comparable current item. We do not accept special requests, nor do we have the ability to upgrade in exchange for money. 

No Defect Found - Products found to not be defective in material or workmanship will be returned directly to you with a letter stating why.
